New changes in the
Natural Medic Clinic
As the clinic grows, we’re always reflecting on how we can create better experiences for you.
These changes are really about creating a calmer, less rushed experience and giving your body more space to heal.
We always want to cater for what you need on the day. Sometimes on particularly stressful days, flare days or stubborn symptom days, I know you could do with more time on the table to settle into treatment.
That's what's inspired this change. 💛
We are now an Open Plan Clinic!
Each treatment table has a privacy curtain, and please keep in mind that other clients may occasionally move through the space.
If you'd prefer full privacy, just let your practitioner know and they can position you accordingly in the space or arrange a private appointment if necessary.

NEW APPOINTMENT STRUCTURE
This range gives us the flexibility to cater to your needs on the day, so you're not feeling rushed in or out. 🧘♀️ 🧘🏽♂️
As of Monday 15th June, your appointment type and the treatment you receive stay exactly the same. What's changing is the time available around it.
Here's how these changes look:
Standard appointments
Please allow for 20-30mins in clinic
$90 per appointment pre-paid or
$640 for 8 pack ($80 per appointment)
These sessions will remain the same.
A combination of Chiropractic and Chinese medicine techniques.
Extended appointments
Please allow for 45-60mins in clinic
$120 per appointment pre-paid or
$660 for 6 pack ($110 per appointment)
Extended sessions are generally for:
Progress reviews
Treatments that require additional time or are advised as a part of your care plan.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Pop your phone on silent
Come straight upstairs at the start of your session time (no need to wait downstairs)
Remove your shoes on the bench and pop them underneath
Store your belongings in one of the available cubby holes
Make yourself comfortable on the next available table (and feel free to set up the headphones with calming music if you have been shown how)
GOING RECEPTION FREE
& PRE-PAYMENTS REQUIRED
As the beautiful Zenia gets ready for maternity leave, we are transitioning to a reception free clinic.
As a result, all payments will be transitioning to online and pre-paid.
Claiming private health?
Claim directly with your health provider
(online, via their app or via telephone with them directly)You will do so either:
After each individual appointment
After several appointments you can ‘back-claim’ multiple at once
We're actively working on making this feel as seamless as possible and always appreciate your patience during this time.
ALL BOOKINGS ONLINE
(INSTEAD OF CALL/SMS)
Due to the phase out of reception, we will also be asking that you book and pay for all appointments online at the time of booking (instead of calling/messaging the clinic).
As all appointment blocks are now firmly set with all availability clearly listed in the booking link for convenience, calling or messaging will be unlikely to find additional times outside of those already shown online.

SYMPTOM TRACKER &
PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS
We acknowledge some conversations are more personal in nature.
To support this, we will have:
New reminder messages which include the link to a symptom tracker that we ask is complete before 7am on the morning of each session which is to share:
Your progress
Any confidential information
Any requirement for herbs
For anything that cannot be discussed in session, there will also be opportunities to discuss
things with Ajna privately over the phone or via message.

Why have the appointment fees increased?

As the clinic grows and continues to provide high-quality care, we’ve updated our fee structure to reflect the time, expertise, and resources involved in your appointments. This ensures we can maintain a high level of care you expect and support the clinic’s sustainability.

Do the appointment durations or services change with the new fees?

How will the new system affect how I book appointments?
Yes, well kind of. While the structure of your sessions remains the same, we now have allocated 20-30mins for Standard appointments and 45-60mins for Extended appointments. To allow more time for your treatment to settle, there may be others receiving treatment at the same time as you, however you will still have the same support from your practitioner, with more time for treatment to settle in.
We will continue to include a combination of Chiropractic and Chinese medicine techniques. The change is in clinic flow, not treatment.
Can I still use or share my treatment packs?

Yes, soon! When our new system is set up, treatment packs can now be shared between family members and partners, making it easier to use your sessions flexibly.
When do the new fees start?

By April 1st all clients will be on the updated feed as changes have already started. Any treatment packs purchased before this date will remain at the original rate.
Don’t worry we will still be here to help you book your appointments - We are only a message away. Theres nothing you need to worry about or do.
This system update will make booking easier and more flexible for you. You’ll be able to manage your appointments directly in your client portal, see available times, and track your treatment packs. We’ll guide you through the changes to make the transition as smooth as possible.
